so the steps from the garage into the basement decided to give way to water on friday.
by night time, it's cold enough to stop the water flow but by mid-day, water and the basement floor become friends. i guess we'll have to dig down to the foundation and do some serious work. i envision, new shiny stairs...if cement stairs can be shiny.
i don't ever desire to be a house owner. i desire a loft. the only drawback is that i won't be able to do any landscaping...the only fun part of having a house house, in my humble estimation.
